I don't know if this will help you guys but Adobe Photoshop released an old version of their program that is free. You can get it here:

You do need to delete the following file to prevent registration popups:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\regsresen_US.dll

I'm sorry, the version of Paint Shop Pro is only a trial version. Adobe did release the full version of Photoshop CS2 for free with no strings attached. Photoshop has lots of free plugins that you can download from the internet and I hope they all work on this version.

Thanks for the heads-up. It's not localized though, which is not really viable if you started out learning it in your native language. I'm localized and on CS6 (the last one before Adobe became useless and turned Photoshop into a cloud-monstrosity). Gimp will be the way of the future for me now I guess, don't really know much about PSP. Corel might be another alternative I'm eyeing as a replacement, but so far none of them really cut it when you use things professionally, which is quite bad.
