monnezzas - In your recent video, when you attempt to hold the ball by keeping the flipper up, sometimes the ball rolls back to a resting point that I understand, while other times the ball seems to stop rolling back.

I saw this early in the video and took two screen snips of this difference

That is very observant MadMrMax. Something does seem to be amiss there. It is like there is not enough table slope or gravity or something.

That's why I wrote that I've got some problems with ramps and sometimes with old flippers (t4 and t5)... In the screens you grabbed flippers are just T5.
Great attention to details MadMrMax, those that seems details are real great problems to defeat

Should be related to friction, what I've learned from Fp physic is that the ball has only 2 kind of rotation on his axis vertical and horizontal, diagonal rolls never happens a and this is a limit that no one can fix so we should handle this situation

it has nothing to do with physics, but I have also noticed that the shadow of the ball is always to the left, and only an observation, but the shadow should not change based on the position of the ball in the table?it would be more realistic, wouldn't it?

nice job...here.

It's a fake shadow made with a toy and a little script.
Anyway if the light in the ambient (room) is from right the shadow of the ball should be on left.
In my case ambient light was from right (x axis 250 more or less)
