If you gave a bit more information about what you need help with, it might be beneficial.

I'm sure hoping this gets done. I love this pin and it has yet to see modern treatment in VP or FP. Unfortunately I do not posses the skills to even fathom trying it myself. Here's hoping one of you great authors can get this table done in the modern treatment I feel it deserves.

Well, everyone has to learn sometime. Every table builder here had to dive in at some point and learn by doing. In my opinion, more people need to give it a try.

I couldn't agree more. A few weeks ago I started my first ever WIP. Knowing absolutely nothing about table building and scripting, I was REALLY surprised at just how much work is involved in putting a decent table together.
Even the little things such as drop targets and kickers don't just magically work by themselves-they need to be scripted :o
Well I didn't expect that!!
I've made every possible mistake you could make.
I've spent many, many hours just trying to figure out how all the elements of a table work together in FP and I've still only scratched the very surface!
Having said this, I've had so much fun and it's extremely rewarding seeing things begin to work as you solve each of the countless puzzles and problems that you encounter.
I highly recommend having a go and you will certainly have even more respect for each of the amazing table builders in this community.
...and you'll be scratching your head wondering how on earth the more prolific authors do what they do.
