So I followed your directions for the OVR-beta. downloaded Future Pinball and extracted the OVR-Beta.zip to the Future Pinball folder. Ran Oculus Home and Steam VR, then I ran FPLoader.exe from the OVR-Beta folder. I load up a table and nothing appears on the rift other than the SteamVR grey room environment. Can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Any tips or ideas? Thanks.

Here is other openvr demo:
http://www.ravarcade.pl/debug/hellovr.zip
Please download and try it (run hellovr_opengl.exe from win32 dir).
It should run fine. If not, you need to check:
- Unknow Sources in occulus home are enabled?
- Is SteamVR beta update enabled? (you should see SteamVR [beta] in list of installed aps.
Without installed SteamVR beta only Oculus sdk 0.8 works (you may try it if all fails).

I tested it last week.

One more thing. Future Pinball should be running with admin rights. Without it parts of FP UI is not displayed and game can't detect keyboard inputs. (You will have to run FPLoader.exe with admin rights).

The hellovr demo worked. On the Rift CV1 I saw bunch of black boxes floating in the air. But still can't get the ovr-beta mod to work.

There is chance that all is working correctly.
You may at start just end with camera under table, beyond wall of room or something like that.
Try to press F12 key. (It should move camera/viewer to predefined position).

Any way:
- compare image in hmd (glasses) and displayed on screen in window. Are they same?
- when you move hmd head are images changed? (on screen and in glasses)

Nope. The headset never shows anything relating to the game. Stuck in the sTeam vr environment. Nothing but the Grey room and the location Of my rifts sensor. Definitely isn't loading any part of the game.

... and what is displayed on monitor screen in window?
Is it changing when you move glasses?

I assume that you run FPLoader.exe from ovr-beta.zip not from any BAM release.
FPLoader.exe in BAM releasae will not work. It is not compatible with any VR headset.

Thank you for the great OpenVR pinball experience! Unfortunately the last update broke Oculus CV Support. Everything was working with the older files.

I'm having the same problem of nothing but the gray steam room with the oculus sensor in front of me.

The hellovr ran fine.

I finally found the properties update beta settings box for the steam VR in my steam tools library, initially I thought I only had to opt into steam VR beta in steam settings and install that. So that has been corrected.

I'm running windows 10 and I installed future pinball using windows xp sp 3 compatibility and under admin rights. I unzipped the ovrbeta to the future pinball folder and also ran that using xp sp3 compatibility and admin rights.

Oculus has been set to allow other programs and checked that it works with another game (live for speed) and that works.

On my monitor what I see is an extremely zoomed in and distorted section of the pinball table when I run the FPloader. The Oculus rift still only shows the gray room and I tried hitting f12 which does nothing on the monitor or in the oculus.

I've never used future pinball before so was I right to install and run things in XP SP3 mode and admin rights?

Is there something in the future pinball video preferences I could have set wrong that is making this happen?
