Limiting the FPS and making tweaks to accommodate lower spec PCs is a bit counter intuitive I think. You're also limiting your own creativity and originality by not incorporating the absolute best features available.

Its 2019 and most people should be able to have a good gaming PC or laptop. I'm not talking about something crazy but me for example I spent $300 on a rig that I got from offer up that plays 1080p flawlessly.

You can try changing 296 in the line on the XML that I pasted below to 512 and see if it works or improves anything:
