Well, fine actually. I hope everyone still have fun :)
My last five year were mosstly HTML5 oriented and I am actually on a new hobby. I think some of you might be interested. I am rebuilding some light version of some of my table for Smartphone. they will be available for free for everyone of course and will have an internet connected scoreboard.

So What did I miss? :)

What tech do you use for the smartphone?
I'm quite interested if it's js/webgl ;) (doing a game in webgl in my spare time - which is ... nearly none because of the rewrite of gopinball which uses A LOT of javascript (no typescript - I should have, maybe later)).

The news: lots of progress thanks to BAM. Physics is quite good now, rendering has a lot of improvement (shadow maps, VR/AR, for examples), toys, ... some goodies in the scripting. GeorgeH and the others can give you more details. And there's one installer for both BAM and FP (I will try to give it way more visibility in the new version of the site).

HTML5/JS/CANVAS. but it is more in the line of handheld toy pinball in proportion.
Great, I'll read around, got some catch up to do :)

Steve,

Great to hear from you again! Dynamic flippers is the biggest development recently. Everyone loves this version of MM that uses it.

The only table that has been published that uses shadow maps is Slamt1lt's Star Trek that is posted on his new site. Francisco and I are working on a new version of Funhouse that I will publish soon and it uses shadow maps.

Alex, Maybe you can provide a new option on PinSimBD for Steve to publish his tables for Smartphone. Maybe under PINBALL PLATFORMS?

George
