Just go here: http://www.pinsimdb.org/fr/ (you have to register first and be connected).
Then (in the menu) Tables.
Then (left of the screen):
- in frrench: Proposer une table
- in english: Submit a new table
Then, just fill the necessary fields.
If it's not enough clear, just post again...
