I'm a lurker by nature and came here to look for information about a pin I'm considering buying. At present I only own a Baby Pac-man machine.

Hey, guys. I am from Brazil and I am currently working on a complete remake of the brazilian Taito Hawkman (1983) created by Roney Pinball, trying to emulate the original table as close as possible. BTW, does anyone know how to contact Roney other than his personal website ? I will need his authorization to release this project in the near future.

This silly video shows my progress so far, there's still a lot to do but I am happy with the results, cause this is my very first FP project: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cUDmVs8mvmU

It's great to be part of this group, and please forgive my poor English. :)

welcome to the pinball community italus.
but let me say you something: the brazilian recreations released by an incipient industry like TAITO Brazil were COPIES of some original American titles (from Williams and Bally, specifically), just like the FP recreations made by Roney Pinball (though he made some original tables, too). in fact, the "Hawkman" recreation was REALLY a copy of a Bally original title, "Fathom". In the IPDB you'll find images for the REAL "Fathom", and in the "PinSimDB" official website you'll find a link with the REAL "Fathom" table emulated in FP.

Hello everyone,

I'm from Slovenia. Used to play a lot of pinball machines and arcades as a kid. Then played a lot of Visuall Pinball when it came out and sticked with it for quite a few years. Just recently I felt the void of not having any pinball action in my life so I decided to have a go at Future Pinball which is much more user friendly than Visual Pinball. So here I am, hoping to get the tables of my favourite pinball machines and have some fun again, god knows I need it with all the physiotherapy crap I have to deal with every single day.

All the best & thanks for the membership,

Simon

Thank you, Mark.

I will soon need a beta-tester, send me a PM if you're willing to work for free a little more.

Just read my signature, and you'll know it's a big yes. :D

That table looks pretty great, not too simple, not too complex. :D
