Big thank's to GeorgeH for helping with the grammar, big thank's also to the peoples that have teached me things about Futurepinball; and big thank's to the peoples that have autorized me to create my guides (peoples of Gopinball.com, peoples of Pinsimdb.org, Chris from Futurepinball.com, Mete from Milkshape3D and many more).

Here is the link to see and download my book number 6 about doing some basics with Milkshape3D:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B60m6W-FuLPHOUlLYXFVMGRlX1k/view?usp=sharing

Also please give your comments here about this book and other guides i created if you want. Because it can help my self, to help you better; knowing things that you would like to know and understand. As said i'm not an expert, but i try as i can to make it simple for any peoples; also fun to learn and experience.

Many Thank's! A+

Glad that you have like the work ive done. I wont say that ive done it all. Even if i had the last word on the finishing, there is GeorgeH that have helped me with the grammar. There is Mete from Milkshape3D that have givin me the authorizations, this beside the peoples that manage and administrate the Gopinball site, the Pinsimdb site. Well there are many peoples that have helped me.

I have updated a little my personnal website, there is a person of the website http://www.investintech.com that have writen me; and have asked me if i can put a link to an online software that convert pdf document to excel. So i have put it into my section "Extras / Softwares", if there is peoples that might be curious about it.

Beside that i think to maybe one day, to create an other guide but oriented to the software FPMeditor. This because i think it is important that peoples know how to put there ms3d file (milkshape3d file) by passing and using the software FPMeditor, then from this soft how to put there models into the software Futurepinball.

But i'm not making any promiss about creating this FPMeditor book. You must understand that i have my ways of life as: groceries, pay my bills, cleaning, etc. Also that in life some times there are unexpected incident. Still i think it is a very good idea of mine to do so.

As always i'll think about ways to mention that can be easy for all to understand, and as always must experiment the pages of this other kind of book; i dont want that my writing make readers get lost trough the pages. I'm not perfect but i care for peoples.

Peoples that have try and experiment this book about Milkshape3D. Id please like to know your opinions here. If you have find it easy to understand and learn, easy to memorize, if there are things that should be good if i make an other Milkshape3D book. Please give me your comments. I do care and it is important for my self.

Thanks for your time, and thanks to the peoples help trough time.

A+

Just letting yourself know that i have put a new free guide related to Futurepinball on my personnal free website.

It's a guide that explain how to have, configure and create a MameWah interface oriented for the Futurepinball software.

I know that some of you have Windows 7 64bits or other operating system. That MameWah is very old. But in this guide i explain how to install and program with some Dos Commands the MameWah software.

I explain little also how to create your own MameWah interface oriented for Futurepinball.

I explain how to make your interface show an image of your FP game, replaced by a video in loop.

I also indicate how to configure some files to make them compatible with MameWah

I also show how to from MameWah interface, load the FP soft that automatic load the selected game of your choice; making it playable. Then quitting the game that auto-return to the MameWah interface design where you see your FP game list.

You can go on my website if you want.
But if my website is down here is the url link to the MameWah PDF guide:

Have fun!

I take it that MameWah provides a way to select an FP table to play from a list. It also looks like you can play a video of the table that you select also. Is this correct?

Yes George

The guide i have writen, i have also tested; as in my previous guides related to Futurepinball. I have Windows 7 64 bits and my MameWah work great.

The only thing is that MameWah is mostly compatible with Windows XP, and some say with Windows 98. But i have done some research, done some experiments; so i can say MameWah still is good for Windows 7, because i have Windows 7 64bits. Not sure for Windows 7 32bits, but i think it should work just fine.

I dont know for Windows 8 or Windows 10 if it work? I dont have theses versions. Not sure for Windows 8, because it is more an environment "touch screen". Probably for Windows 10 it maybe work. But not sure i prefere to be honest. It would require some peoples that try it on other operating system.

If you look on youtube the software MameWah, you will notice that it is some interface look that you design. Brief create your own background image, put into with MameWah Layout Design your regions; like game list and images/video zones.

Here is a video of mine done 8 years ago on youtube. I have in the past programmed an introduction video, that make after the menu apear. The menu show a list of Mame games. The selected game, make an image associated to it, and is replaced by a video of the game selected that play as loop.
Youtube Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cV10Udgdfnk

The programming i indicate make from the MameWah menu interface, have a list of Futurepinball games that you have. The selected FP table, make an image apear showing the table; it could be a simple printscreen of your table. When you stay on the selected table it can play a video "that you have created". I know it plays good in the format WMV. Not sure for other format, but i think that in the format AVI it might maybe work.

What it does also, is when you start your FP selected game, then it open the Futurepinball software and automaticly Load the table to Play it. When you press on the "Escape Key" it close the FP and return to the MameWah menu. What i have notice that is important is that you start MameWah as an Administrator. I prefere to be honest and i dont know why the game FP in my Windows 7 dont want to play. They load just fine, but when i press "quarters" and "start key" the game dont play. Just play when as administrator.

I also explain how to pass from one layout to an other. Like if you have an interface for Futurepinball and an other interface for Mame. What i have done in the past i had an old computer with Windows XP put it was a tower, that i could put many interior hard disk. When i had opened the computer i have seen the starting windows of users. One was called: Arcade, and the other Administrator. Brief two accounts as: Guest and Master.

When the computer started that i had, the user had the choice to click with the mouse the Arcade account or the Master "password" account. When the user clicked on the "Arcade acount", then the account start as normal. But what i simply did is that i have put a "shortcut" to the MameWah software; that i have placed in the "Startup". So i just simply waited some time and the software MameWah started in my Windows XP. This just by clicking on the Arcade account.

There are peoples that are much more advanced then i am. They know how to program there "Shell" so it auto-hide everything. I dont have this knowledge and not interresting into.

Well i hope George that i have responded to your questions?

A+

I understand. It looks cool. Your way is actually a bit more advanced than the method I use. I have a way to create shortcuts to individual tables but it requires some changes to the FP registry:
