=== Version 1.4 ===

I am implementing this change based on feedback from end users and fixing some other problems I noticed while making the changes. Plus, I wanted to try a new BAM feature (item 9 below).

1) Moved the two pegs closer together to prevent the ball in play from passing through the two pegs that hold the captive ball.

2) Added flasher to the spotlight that shines on the T. Rex model and set it up so it turns on when you hit the kicker in front of the T. Rex.

3) Improved the ball guides for the shot where the ball goes through the lane just below the T. Rex.

4) Deleted a peg that was located just below the kicker for the T. Rex to make the shot from 3 above a little easier to hit.

5) Reworked the base plate for the entrance to the plastic ramp to make the ramp perform more smoothly and allow the strength of the flippers to be reduced to values similar tables.

6) When making the changes for this version, I happened to notice that there was a subroutine in the script that had never run.

7) Renamed a trigger on the playfield to match its name in the script so it allows a subroutine to run that adds points.

8) Added an invisible wall between the inlane and outlane to prevent the ball that drops down from the plastic ramp to the left inlane so it will not allow the ball to jump to the outlane.

9) Added a new feature from BAM that allows the background color of DMDs to be changed.

10) Changed the sounds/music that plays during the attract sequence on the Combined version to alternate between 2 sounds.

11) Touched up the texture for the plastics to remove some defects and holes.

=== Version 1.3 ===

I have posted two versions of Francisco's "Jurassic Park" that had been previously modified by Slamt1lt and Rom. The third version is a combined version where I added Slamt1lt's sounds and music to Rom's version. These are the list of changes. I provide more details on the PinSimDB posting. The tables Are available to download here:

http://www.pinsimdb.org/pinball/table-2 ... mt1lt_mods

1) Removed executable commands from the script to correct low frame rate caused by scans with Windows Defender real time protection.

2) Added custom physics and dynamic flippers.

3) Enabled earthquake simulation on Rom's version and added Rom's models to Sllamt1lt's version.

4) Revised the texture for the playfield removing red tint.

5) Set up "Special 2" key to cycle between Day, Night and Dark Night lighting options and added option for "End User Settings".

6) Added nanoflashers for general illumination (GI) and control them with the lighting options.

7) Added 3 DMDs for the HUD. Added HUD toggle key to cycle between them and turn the HUD off.

8) Changed game room texture on Rom's version.

9) Added 5 landscape and 5 portrait table loading textures to all versions.

10) Added code to fix high score overflow and tested it.

11) Reshaped the apron and its texture to make it fit better on all versions and added some new instruction cards on the apron.

12) Added 4 shadow maps to improve lighting.

13) Changed captive ball to make it easier to hit and perform better.

14) Moved the dinosaur models and changed the color on one of them.

15) Added music to Rom's version that plays during the attract sequence.

16) On the combined version, added music from the movies for "Super Egg" and "System Failure" modes and other changes to sounds.

17) Fixed balls getting stuck in the alcove formed by two bumpers and a gate.

18) Changed the texture for the backglass on Rom's version so the border fit the DMD now.

19) Added an option in the script so the end user can adjust how much the earthquake simulation affects the ball.

20) Added the files needed for my "rotated display".

I will look at it. I probably need to move the 2 pegs that hold the ball closer together.

DuMichAuch,

Please try this one. I moved one of the pegs that holds the captive ball. I also changed the strength of the two slingshots because I have noticed the ball sometimes gets caught in an endless loop of bouncing between the two slings. If you find this version OK, I will change the other versions and post an update:

Please let me know if this change works for you and I will post the updates.

George
