Thanks for the update code George, I'll add it tonight to 1.02

This is definitely a great table.

I've made changes and added the video clips to appear on the translite as well to give it that "Pup Pack" feel when in cabinet mode. While I like the LCD screen, the clips were too good not to have bigger versions.

I created some code for it after I posted the changes I discussed earlier. It is more important to add the short ramp I talked about previously. The upper left flipper was improved a little. Slam said he might add the changes on the next version, whenever that might be. This is the version I created on 1.01:

This won't be posted forever.

George

Has Gimli returned from holiday?

Was thinking if it was possible to add a mini map to Slam's Addams Family table around Uncle Fester and make him shake when he gets "electrocuted" in the chair.

Wow Halloween is fun. I just barely played a bit of it but i love it.

I added the shadow maps to make it pop a little more, and also added a loading screen image.

Here's some real quick gameplay

I've added a cool new feature to my version of The Addams Family, co-operative play.

Co-op allows 2 players to play the same game, taking turns until they either beat the game together or fail together. Like normal multiplayer, each player will have their own score so competitive play still remains.
This feature is relatively new in pinball, only appearing in 2 or 3 games in the real world. And as yet hasn't been used by JJP or Stern in any of their games.
So for the first time in pinball history, you can now play a Bally/Williams pinball game with co-operative play!

How it works is simple: add credits, press start for 1 player, then start again for 2 players. A prompt will appear on the DMD asking '"Co-Op Play?", left flipper for yes, right flipper for no.

I'll add this feature to Jurassic Park, Star Trek....in fact all my multiplayer games from now on.

Nice to see SLAM adding features...but this isn't really a new feature IMHO. ;)
It is really just the FP default in all tables that don't have competitive true multiplayer.

You add a player and you each get separate score but if the table progress isn't reset between balls then you simply end up with "co-operative" MP.

That is why he can quickly update all his tables with this "new feature".
Still it is not bad to have I suppose...

I'm sad Slam stopped chiming in on the board.

It was cool to see him posting here.

I was going through his old videos on his channel and I hope with new BAM features he decides to complete and make these available:

Queen
Playboy
Blade Runner.

And welcome back Gimli!!! I wonder if you saw my post were I requested to see if you could work your mini map magic on the Addams Family and make Fester wiggle or shake when he's electrocuted.

Thanks !
Of course giving Fester E.C.T. should be no problem.
Give me a day or two...

Wild and I added animated x-wing and death star models to DSA
that are awaiting response from SLAM

Makes sense given the tables name Death Star Assault

It was Wild's idea and X wing slides on a track towards death Star
