Nice list :) It is hard to pick just a few when there are so many good tables. :cry:
So I'll suggest a few more ;)

You are aware that Jaws ultimatum is jaws ultimate 1.1 but
With "true" multiplayer enabled ?

On the Batman table, I have always just bumped it when
It hangs in the ramp :) it gives me a moment to relax

on both ultimatum tables I haven't touched the physics
(2.6) but just tweaked the script.( However, when I did these mods
I used FP 1.0 and the only thing that needed changing for this was flipper strength. So if
You actually prefer FP 1.0 you can try that)

Robots Invasion has to on the list for
Pure originality and production quality

I looked at Jaws ULTIMATUM again and found the game plays the same as Jaws ULTIMATE 1.1 Physics 2.6 so I edited my list and made my pick "Jaws ULTIMATUM".

I hadn't tried "Robots Invasion" when I put the list together. I guess it was built when I stopped playing FP about 2 years ago. I went back through all my old tables to see if any new revisions had been made. It was a long task made more difficult because the names of the tables and revisions didn't match exactly to the titles on PinSimDB.org. So I learned the hard way to make the the name of the table on FP match exactly the name/rev number on PinSimDB.org. Now I can easily determine if I have the most current edition. Then I identified my favorite tables (the list above) by adding a tick mark (`) to the beginning of the file name which makes it appear at the beginning of the list in FP. But you are right "Robots Invasion" is an amazing table. The "holograms" on the upper deck are absolutely cool although they do make it a little difficult to see what you are doing. Then there is that lower little table in the center that is cool too. Anyway I added "Robots Invasion" to my post above.

On the Batman table, you really should try my changes to the numbers of the physics 2.5 xml file. I spent several hours making the adjustments. I've found it plays better and it fixes where the ball hangs up. The changes also make it so you can usually hit the ball with the flippers when it comes out of a shoot rather than it going between the flippers and loosing the ball.

Note: miownkhan I will try your tables too but it may take a while since you have so many.

I notice you haven't listed any EM tables

I simply removed the annoying sound from Star Wars Death STAR Assault

... And of course, how did you remove the sound fr9om Star Wars?

Go to table editor select sound manager and play sound files until you here the
One you dislike. Copy its name to clipboard.
go to script select "find"

Paste your sound name and click find

It will go to instances in script

Code:
Playsound "annoyingBeepBeepBeep"

Delete this or inactivate with an apostrophe before it
Or better yet use a sound from manager you prefer

I tried all your suggestions and added some to the list on my first posting above. I added "Flame Reaper ULTRA", "Wayfarers Redemption" (although I did make some changes to it - see above), "High Speed Hot Pursuit ULTIMATE", "AC/DC" and "Elvis" (also changed).

I appreciate the effort that was put into "Road Girls", but I just can't get into it. I guess it is just too cheesy for me. "Pirate Ship" and "Dragon's Lair" have some clever aspects to them but I just don't think I would play them very much. I tried Monnezzas's version of Medieval Madness but it seems my ball goes into the moat a lot more frequently than the one I posted. I noticed on the forum that Monnezzas said he fixed this problem in version 2.1 but it still seems to happen a lot.
